New software features refer to additions or improvements made to CLEVVA, designed to enhance its functionality, usability, security, or performance. They aim to provide users with added value, improved efficiency, and a better overall experience when using the CLEVVA application.
Wrapping of text added for lists that truncate menu options
In the past, if a dropdown menu contained an item that extended beyond the visible area of the widget, the item would be truncated. To resolve this issue, we have introduced text wrapping on dropdown menus where items were previously truncated.
Attachments are now visible in the backend reporting
Previously, when employing auto-answering during a process, any attachments included with a step or decision that was auto-answered wouldn't appear in the session report. However, this feature has been newly incorporated, enabling attachments associated with auto-answered steps or decisions to be visible in the backend session report.
API endpoint for attaching a document to a step or decision
You now have access to an endpoint that allows the attachment of files at a particular state within the journey, encompassing steps and decisions, through the utilisation of custom middleware. The API allows microservices or external services to attach a document to a step or decision outside of the CLEVVA App.
