🔥 New Feature: Data retention on request
We are pleased to announce the development of specialised tooling designed to streamline data retention processes. This innovative solution enables the backup and removal of older transactional data, providing a seamless means to enhance database performance upon request.
🔥 New feature: CLEVVA data warehousing
We now have a normalised database for easier reporting on sessions, interactions, collected factors, collected variables, collected records and collected record factors. This can be used to fine-tune reporting on usage.
⭐ Enhancement: Advanced CLEVVA Language (ACL) engine was rewritten to improve performance and security
The ACL feature serves as a dynamic scripting tool that extends the capabilities of CLEVVA. Primarily, ACL is employed for integration and dynamic logic to enhance journeys as needed. We have made notable improvements and enhancements to bolster security and ensure a more streamlined experience for ACL developers.
🌉 Deployment improvement: Implementation of Docker
The CLEVVA application and its components have been fully containerised. This improvement simplifies future installations and upgrades while maintaining complete isolation from the customer's system. As a result, security is enhanced, and the CLEVVA code is made tamper-proof.
🌉 Deployment improvement: Upgrade of MySQL
As part of the deployment process, if you were not already using MySQL 8, your CLEVVA application has been upgraded to MySQL 8. This upgrade delivers speed improvements, additional features, and enhanced security for your CLEVVA application.
🌉 Deployment improvement: CLEVVA specific ingress and egress
Through the implementation of specific ingress and egress controls, CLEVVA enables secure communication among all its containerised components. This ensures customer security and privacy, with the use of the most secure communication protocols and cipher keys. Multiple policies can be established to enhance web security for the CLEVVA application.
